Do you accept health insurance?
We do not accept health insurance at this time. We do accept FSA/HSA.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to consideration of other patients you have 48 hours to cancel with a full refund. If it is canceled in less than 48 hours you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of $50.
What if I have more questions?
A 15 minute free of charge video visit can be arranged at any time for questions. We want to make sure you are confident and comfortable with our care prior to committing to our program.
Can you be my primary care provider?
Yes, we can manage your health. Please note we do not do preventative screenings or vaccines at this time.
Do you see children?
Yes, we are able to care for children through a functional medicine approach with focus on nutrition and toxins.
Are visits in person?
Visits are virtually via video and/or phone call. Initial visits are strongly recommended to be in your home. Lab draws are in your home.
What areas do you serve?
We can see anyone virtually in Minnesota. Our driving radius is 30 miles around Montgomery, MN and Mankato, MN. Special circumstances are considered.
