Here are answers to some of the most frequent questions we receive from patients like you.

Do you accept health insurance?

We do not accept health insurance at this time. We do accept FSA/HSA.

What are your prices?

Option 1: $300 for initial consultation (1.5hr), $150 for follow up consults (1hr). Times are approximate as every patient is individualized. You will need at least 3 follow up visits for optimum health. Please note lab testing is separate.

Option 2: Package for $600 for one initial consult and 3 follow up visits.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to consideration of other patients you have one week to cancel with a full refund. If it is canceled in less than a week you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of $100.

What is your no show policy?

You will be charged the full planned visit for no show.

What if I have more questions?

A 15 minute free of charge video visit can be arranged at any time for questions. We want to make sure you are confident and comfortable with our care prior to committing to our program.

Can you be my primary care provider?

No, we work in supplement with your primary care provider. We are a speciality and it is best to have a primary care provider as well. Special circumstances are considered.

Do you see children?

Yes, we are able to care for children through a functional medicine approach with focus on nutrition and toxins

Are visits in person?

Visits are virtually via video and/or phone call. Initial visit is strongly recommended to be in your home. Lab draws are in your home.

How much does acute care visits cost?

This depends on the testing and interventions we do. Pricing ranges from $50-$150.

What areas do you serve?

We can see anyone virtually in Minnesota. Our driving radius is 30 miles around Montgomery, MN and Mankato, MN. Special circumstances are considered.
